Refund and cancellation policy

Our oils are food products, so we cannot take back opened bottles. We will always make it right if something is wrong with your order.

Damaged or wrong items

• Email care@themihira.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging.
• We will send a replacement or refund the item, as you prefer.

Cancellations

• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
• Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
